Vegetable Box 3

Oh it is nice to be back home and eating proper food again. Shropshire Organics I have missed you and my veggie box so much. Two weeks of tinned, frozen and over processed 'food' has been worse than any nightmare.

So what delights awaited me in my beautiful box. Broccoli and cauliflower, two of my favourites and I cannot wait to eat my home made cauliflower cheese. Carrots, potatoes, cabbage and onions too, now I am getting excited the nearest I have been to a spud lately has been courtesy of SMASH - really it is no comparison is it? Mushrooms and celery, so crunchy and perfect with a sour cream dip. A little juicy sweet to complete the box - apples that again fly out of the box courtesy of Jamie, it is not only me who has missed the vegetable box, and my sweet pears. Oh ya Jem is in heaven again.
